Oh Montreal.
I came within a whisker of buying one of these many years ago, when I was way too young.
Did the right thing in the end as had nowhere put it.
One day.
Wish you luck so you can bring that day forward. The Monte, though very much a car of its era, is distinctive in its styling and I like that it didn't try to have that low-slung super car look - it's a sort of Italian Mustang. The SPICA fuel injection is a bit of a naughty, but the link to the racing 33s with that V8 adds a lot spiritually

This one, below, was also at AutoItalia this year and is in the correct colour.

And here's a couple more for you:

@davy26 Its still a goal. 'My' one was a restored silver just needing the interior trim fitting. I found it a suitable buyer when I couldn't take it, so it went to a good home

Ha! I get that a lot. The SS was introduced in ‘63, and was essentially a trim package. Included 14” wheels w/SS hubs, split seats, auto on the floor, dash trim, belt-line trim and a silver trunk panel. I think it was a $192 upgrade. People are always shocked to see a SS with a 6 cyl. The SS with upgraded performance package started in '64/'65 I believe. Lots of guys drop in a 289, but I've kept her pretty much stock aside of HEI and a Weber 2-bbl carb. Appreciate the compliment!

I often see these two beauties in the streets of Miami:

Gorgeous SM with Maserati engine. From an era when Citroën made beautiful cars...

I´m a sucker for these old SM and DS cars from the French manufacturer...🥰

MB 450 SL Roadster in pristine condition:

Both seem to be daily drivers.

Sweet jesus.
The 70th anniversary of Porsche has been bringing out all the good 911 cars, and pictures.
Where was that if you don't mind me asking?
