No,no mine is the MGA, second car from the right.

The z8 Is a great car, but a bit to modern for my taste...and well... expensive too 😉.

twice I've been surrounded by them. The first time BMW took over the original Cars & Coffee in Irvine with about 50. Last week about 25 at the Historics in Monterey, it's surreal being around that many.

I've said it before but great MGA. I did the 7 hour trip up and then back in a MGB to Monterey. Not sure I want to be a passenger for that trip again in that car. Don't get me wrong it's a great car but they tend to be a little loud and no AC.

The MGA esp with a B motor may be one of the last truly under valued cars out there.

Thanks @Foo2rama! We covered about 120km yesterday, with 35 degrees Celsius outside and in the car it felt about double that temp. Can't Imagine doing a 7 Hour Trip in it. The noise Is not bothering me though, It's part of the fun for me 😉.

No real pics/screen shots, but just got caught up watching an episode of Top Gear from ?2008 where the gang goes to Monaco with three hot hatches, coincidentally at F1 time and drive the course. Clarkson wearing his PO and May wearing a modern Railmaster.

I passed through town spring 2008......amazing cars all over. Only one pic has survived (at least findable by me...)

I guess it's time for a cleanup of the various computers/memory cards🙁

I wondered when this thread was opened, why it was not called Automotive PULCHRITUDE, instead of pornography! But anyway, here's my latest contribution. Our son just sent me an email with this attachment. He has a lady friend who took a look at fairly decent weather for the day, and out they went in her 1961 Lincoln convertible, top down. Hmmm! Top down. Maybe pulchritude doesn't quite cut it!
