Alfa SZ engine bay. Still hear that sweet V6 in my mind's ear! (And for real when my son visits with his later-type 916 GTV 3.2 version.)

Ferrari curvaceousness. Not that long ago Brands Hatch could attract some great Europea n historics.

BRM H16 engine - an item of porn that's bad for your hearing as well as your eyesight!

Had a few of these - the V6 is great, but the 4 cyl is better balanced and nearly as quick A>B.

After 2 Hours of OCD Style cleaning (apart from the Engine Bay). I Love the uni Black paint but you See every oh so little spot on it. Now she's ready for the sunday Cruise 😉.

it's a really big engine for only 75HP. I see 5 candles 👎

Don't get confused with the cylinder Head screws (5), there are only 4 spark plug wires 😉. The car Is from 1959, 75 hp out of 1500ccm naturaly aspirated was considered quite enough back then 😉.

I didn't know if candles was the right word 😀 It'as amazing how the power of engines increased. 75 HP looks so little today. It's a gorgeous car nonetheless.

75hp out of 1500cc was still okay in the eighties. my 1979 3300cc 6 cyl Ford only put out 90hp.

now 70hp out of an 250cc Aprilia....thats friggin cool!

Yes, with turbo charging and higher revs + better Materials. Just Look at the New Alfa 4c 1,8l and 240hp! Thank you 😉.

@SpeedSpeedmaster
Great A! Upgraded the cooling I see. All the ones around me are swapped to a B series motor.
