·Just picked up my 2024 Toyota GR Corolla Circuit Edition. It might just look like a Corolla but the GR is far from it. Using the running gear off the GR Yaris, a Homologation Special made to compete in the WRC. The world's most powerful production 3 cylinder engine, 31% more powerful than the previous, the BMW i8. The G16E-GTS runs 25.2 PSI of boost and three piston oil squirters per cylinder. The forged carbon roof is a composite material that debuted on the $2.92 million Lamborghini Sesto Elemento in 2010. A revised floor fits Toyota's first all new AWD system in over 20 years that is capable of sending 70% of the power to the rear. Featuring the largest brakes ever fitted to a production Toyota, larger than those found on the 997 Turbo. An additional 349 spot welds and 9 feet of adhesive are added over a standard Corolla to stiffen the chassis.
