Assistance to identify “Seamaster”

I found this watch upon my Father’s passing in 1989, but was not aware of it before. I always thought it was a fake because of the quality of the dial, but I would be interested to know if it is a genuine Omega and therefore worth restoring. With thanks to anyone who can assist…

I’m sorry but it is a complete fake although, if it’s any consolation, at least your initial thought was entirely correct.
