I recently bought a Rolex 15620 package in great shape. The dial has some amazing aging subdial Inserts and the watch is unpolished and all original. Papers are consistent to the watch
Best

Daytona stay one of the best « modern » chrono!! Congrats for the set!

This was a present from my wife to celebrate our 10th wedding anniversary. Perfect size (39 mm) and super comfortable to wear. Overall a great watch.

Pre-ordered this week, but won't ship until November... It can go almost as deep as my Sea Dweller (80%) regardless of whether that depth turns me into spaghetti sauce or not.

I had the day off on Monday so I did some thrift store hunting.
The first 3 were a bust, except for an amazing 50's vintage suit jacket.
In the 4th and last store I came across a bin full of watches that had a sign taped to it that said "watches $2" so I started digging.
I didn't find a Jaeger-LeCoultre or Rolex but I did find a few that I liked. I ended up getting 5 for $8. Of those 5 there are 3 the group might be interested in.
A Seiko automatic with a 6309A movement (made in 1978) that's running.
A Caravelle automatic that is not running.
And last but not least, a 21 jewel Illinois 60 hour Bunn Special pocket watch (the hands are a stunning color that I'm sure the pictures won't do justice for),
It runs but will need servicing and it needs a crystal. The dial is perfect and the movement seems to be in incredible shape.
I can't believe that after sitting in the bottom of this bin without a crystal, with 5 pounds of junk watches on it that the hands or dial weren't damaged but they're not.
I can't wait to get it back after servicing!

[QUOTE = "kyle L, post: 107085, membro: 27"] Complimenti! Lo guardavo dall'inizio. Il quadrante è davvero difficile da catturare in una foto ma sembra fantastico nella vita reale. Ecco il mio PG con limite:

I hadn’t bought a watch in four months, but today, I had one a ‘40’s bumper cal 30.10 arrive from New York City, and another, a cal.12.68z from Italy. I love ‘em both!

Love a sub dial watch . Two nice examples

Picked up this Gents Merlin 1950s wrist watch which has a 17-jewel hand-winding movement which is working nicely. 33mm case width and 16mm lug width. I love the shaped lugs and of course the Roman dial numerals, gold coloured markers and neat pencil hands. Original strap although it has seen better days.

I am awaiting the Omega Dynamic chrono i just bought. I got it from the owner of Crown and Buckle (strap store). This is his pic.

I also got a G-Shock Rangman GPS and Seiko Arnie and a vintage Sheppo (Australian jewelry store house brand) in the last month.

Picked these up at my watchmaker today - Seiko Turtle with "deep blue" style dial, and Timex Q. Got a huge discount in a package deal for also servicing two Speedmaster Pros.

I played with one of these Seiko Arnie today, before I bought my Turtle automatic, and really liked it. It may be one to consider in the future.

Thought I saw something curious in a poorly photographed eBay listing, and took a chance.

I was right - please welcome another 145.022-71 “No NASA” to the family 😁

Serial number is in the range of what’s thought to be correct for these, plus a cute little easter egg 😁

Here’s my latest edition. Recently bought a Planet Ocean 600 GMT Titanium with the blue rubber strap and titanium double clasp. I didn’t have anything from the Seamaster side of the family, so I had a look and found this perfect blue gem.
I do know that this is a bit older of a model with the 8506 caliber, and the somewhat subdued finish. More blue than jumping at You orange.
Beautiful open style watch, a Joy to Wear!
