New shoes for Grandfather-in-law's Eterna, now happily mine. Thanks to @jankoxxx. Swapped out the buckle for the original. Got a blue shell cordovan for another watch at the watchmakers as well. Nice straps.
Atlantic Suveraen (sovereign). Small at 32 mm (without crown). Dial great, crystal and case rough. Nice A Schild 1188 movement. 16 mm lugs, so time for some shoe shopping, as I don't have extra 16's lying around. Will see what a little work on the case and crystal will do. Right price though!
Decided to swap my Aquastar movement into something new and store the SS case dial hands etc. Just received NOS Paul Elvstrom regatta titanium case (Lemania) Put a new Kevlar band on .NOS dial, crown and hands on the way. Taken quite a while to locate parts but almost there .
OK, so I went a little crazy in Queens the other day. These: It was all Kyle's fault . Here's the 'queen' B: .and along with others he had there. (Nope, the JLC triple and Ω 2179 weren't FS ) ...and in case you can't guess, I'm in love with Kyle!
My first Haveston strap: It looks so good with bead blasted hardware on the Bulova moon watch on the site, it's going on mine when it arrives. And if it's any good (I'm lead to believe the quality is great) - and when they have stock again, I'd like a carrier stap for the Submariner.
Truth be told, I have on multiple occasions provided Dre with sourcing funds in exchange for members of his collection. He is a jedi master.
Can you post a bigger picture of that Constellation-Seamaster there? Could be a legit rare example that is different from all the previous ones
2782-3 Constellation came with a 7077 bracelet but I need one #4 endlink, anyone have one they can part with?
It's too late. You're in it now. Only hope is to collect enough watches to create a self funding collection where you sell old ones to just buy different (or new) ones.
