Isn't anticipation supposed to be half the joy of a purchase ? RUBBISH - One week down and probably another to go if i'm lucky before something new arrives. 🤩
Not telling what it is, and no it doesn't have four paws 😉

Possibly, I didn't get the chance to take off the dust cover yet. Needs a crystal as well!

If there is a dust cover, it's a T17, no dust cover on 20f as far as I've seen up to now.

Sometimes an itch just has to be scratched. Reckoned this should fly below the good ladies radar 😉
Time will tell if I am a real mug - please no comments. If you never see it again you will know it is as bad as it looks in this image - cautiously optimistic😀

Over the last few days, my first Seamaster Chronostop (from Mexico) along with a few oddballs - a Zentra Manta with a Duromat automatic (from Poland) and a Candino chronograph with a Valjoux 7750 with display back (from Turkey). Now I get to see how quick the various international postal services are.

A gamble paid off and this little Certina arrived today, plenty of service marks and what had been a rubbing rotor had obviously been repaired.
Recessed crown was a nice surprise, all in all well chuffed.

A couple days ago I bought the complete set of 6 hands for the EP 3019, and today I got an email that the seller has the crown and crystal too. Geezus, if I find a NOS case I have a virtually new watch. Then I can take all the old parts and make a second watch to sell and recoup my money!
