The only other watch that has drawn my interest recently is the Rolex Polar Explorer. Went to a Rolex AD last week and took a test drive. Bottom line, since they up-sized it to 42mm, it's become quite blocky and almost clumsy. Subtle changes to the face and the almost inelegant case style pretty much turned me off. I've been kinda attracted to a white-faced watch for a while and I'm not really excited about paying $2-3K OVER current retail for one of the earlier Polar Explorers even a certified pre-owned. As the Speedmaster is my all-time favorite, the new White Speedy checks all the boxes. Going to a OB on Tuesday to see what my current 3861 Sapphire Sandwich will be worth as a trade.

Do they do that?

Sell it privately, you'll be in a much better position financially. Does the OB actually take a trade in?

The privately owned ones do. Here In the Bay Area, Topper does, but the OB in SF does not.

Edit to add: to the OP question: NO!

I believe they are an AD, but somehow listed as an OB, just going to see what they'd offer.

Well, we've got all the different sides of the moon, how about The Light Side of The Moon?

So.
Is it to be the LSOTM or BSOTM?
Or simply the DC?

Too confusing as White Side of the Moon already exists.
