Is there any OF member who is living in Santiago de Chile? I have a problem with a seller who took my wire but never shipped the watch he sold... nor he kept his promise to return my money. Now it is 6 month ago. I have all his personal details...
May be a member from Santiago would be willing to help?

I wish you the best on this. I鈥檝e had only one purchase from Chile and it was a $6k empty envelope. Thankfully my credit card refunded the payment.

Just out of curiosity, what would you have them do? Go to his address and knock on his door demanding a refund?馃槙

Your best option is to sort this out with your bank, trying to solve this by remotely perusing legal action is futile.
