In May of the year 2020 a written purchase contract was concluded. After the payment had been made Guiolhermo Herman promised to ship the watch within two weeks. But the seller did not ship and argued that this would be due to the Covid 19 situation. Messages were either not answered at all or only very hesitantly. Six months later the seller announced that he cancels the transaction and the payment made would be returned. This transfer back never took place. Communication with Guilhermo Herman took hours after hours and turned out to be a nightmare.
Help from friends in Santiago di Chile as well as a paid lawyer to convince Guillhermo Herman after more than eight months to hand over the watch in person in Santiago. This is not a single case. Another friend confirmed that he had experienced a similar story with Guillhermo Herman before. Also he was only able to get to his property after month and only thanks to the help of a paid lawyer.
