Are DONs that were originally installed with various Speedy references starting from the 2998s down to the transitional 145.022-68s exactly identical and interchangeable?
E.g., Could a watch with less than perfect dial and movement shots, but an excellent bezel, say a reference 2998 or 105.0xx, possibly have had a bezel transplanted from a later 145.012 e.g., that is slightly more plentiful?
Is there any distinction in the bezel fonts etc., that can help visually identify DON bezels from different references as such.
