Was looking at buying this from another OF member and every 145.018 I can find is a de ville of some sort. a few different dial colors/etc running around but they are all de villes and all the same basic dial design. then this comes along and confuses me. any thoughts on this interesting seamaster?

I have seen this model with both the de ville dials and the seamaster dial above. I ordered extracts for two de ville dialed watches and the extracts listed the model as de ville, I have never tried to order an extract for a seamaster dial like the one you posted

 

Interesting. Seems really loosey goosey with the naming and the reference number for omega.
