Aqua Terra Bezel Removal Question

I’m looking at buying a used AT reference 231.10.42.21.06.001. I can get the watch for a good price, but the bezel is beat up quite a bit. I have a bezel removal tool and was wondering if I remove the bezel to polish it, will the crystal come off with the bezel? If it does then I’m sure it will screw up the crystal gasket. The watch runs well and not interested in sending it off for service right away.

Note that there are 2 case designs for this watch - the bezel and crystal sealing was redesigned at one point, but they both have the crystal installed into the bezel.

Thank you Archer. I suspected removing the bezel would be more involved and better left for the professional. I will leave it alone until time for service.
