Aqua Terra 2504.70 - Price Outlook?

Picked up this AT model about a month ago. It’s currently at the Omega Service Center getting some much needed TLC. This is not the larger 39mm model that lacks the MOP dial among other things. I purchased it because I really liked it and prefer the 36mm size to an AT Gauss 41mm model I had that wore really large. That being said, I’m surprised that this model is still in the mid to high 2K range with 36mm models trending recently. This one also has a mother of pearl dial, 36mm case, first gen coaxial movement, and was limited to only 1500 pieces and sold exclusively to the Japanese market. I can’t even find it on Omega’s official website. Here are some pics of mine and others I’ve found online.
