More seriously:

Your picture is from Ebay not FB marketplace, but I presume it is just listed in both places. I see a WUS post that has a photo of the same kind of watch here: https://www.watchuseek.com/posts/3706535/

The user says:
"Below is a very colorful watch I picked up last year that I do believe is Soviet, probably from the Glasnost era. The movement is quartz, not from an old Molnija pocket watch. You get the feeling that the writing was on the wall for the SU when this watch was produced. The assertiveness and confidence of the past is gone and it almost seems like a plea for mercy."

But a google-image search shows nothing on this watch otherwise. IMO, this is probably just an inexpensive watch with questionable/inaccurate history. Whether it is worth $200 is up to you, but it probably wouldn't be for me.

I know this type of watches. Probably not licensed. It was in the back of magazines under the title "Put your company logo here" on generic watches. Japan quartz. Paper sticker on a regular dial.

I didn't realize it, but FB pulls Ebay listings into their marketplace. Here is another screen shot.

Indeed, this watch is no doubt of little value. There is really only one Apollo Soyuz watch to get. Apparently my attempt at humor was to subtle or cryptic.

Does this pocket watch count as an Apollo Soyuz watch? Tom Stafford's hometown isn't too far from me, and they have an air and space museum named after him. One large display is of gifts to him from the Russians.
