JiminOz gave the best clue I think.
I started Googling and here is what I came up with-
Found an eBay UK ad for this:
It's the same year as the Speedy. 32xxxxxxxx
So I went to a light and bulged the envelope to try to
let some more light into it. I saw 2 things.
It was 1 light color and one dark color split exactly like the
booklet below. And I could make out the word Omega and the symbol in
the exact same location as this one.
