Looks like a steel and pink gold case, so I'm going to say ref. 37175052...

I think that only the bezel can be solid gold..

The above 3 link is the closest that I could find so far, however, I don't see any model like mine; the crown and pushers in silver color

The bezel would be solid 18k gold, but the pushers and crown are plated gold. Someone has installed pushers and crown for the stainless versions of the watch on the one you show in the first post. Omega didn't make a watch like this with a gold bezel and steel pushers/crown that I am aware of so this has been modified.

I have a related problem with my rose gold and stainless steel Speedmaster reduced. Rose gold bezel and sub dials, yellow crown and pushers! Did Omega ever produced a Speedmaster with rose gold fitments, AND rose gold crown and pushers?
