    Experience? Not exactly. Worth it? You thought so when you considered buying it. That likely has a Caravelle (Arday) 11NX movement in it, as shown in the image. This is a Japanese copy of the FHF 72, also shown. I sold the 11NX based model (it was an Arday, also by Bulova) for $50.00 (Cdn.) earlier this year.

    At the time this was originally made it was a lower end but still decent quality Bulova product. The problem was that it was a manual wind watch, so the crown seal was always getting a workout and so needed replacing more often if you were actually going to dive with it. I’d grab it for 250, it’s a nice solid period diver.

    Some of these were base-metal top with stainless steel backs and some all stainless steel, if it's the latter then $250 isn't bad except for the inscription which would put a lot of people off.
