Do you have any idea of the culinary tastes of Federal Court Judges?

The actual "lawyer rates" will pale into insignificance when the cost of three meals for three judges is accounted for.

They probably made final considerations (after a nine course late lunch) quaffing an 1893 Gelas Aragnac to wash down the Pule cheese, all the while winking at each other every time they placed a slice of Pule on a Jatz cracker.

Don't forget the weekend surcharge on meals that really bites you in the backside. I checked yesterday and Jatz's weren't on sale in Sydney, so full price for them too, but don't you guys in Melbourne have Savoy's?
BTW they might have deliberated for less time had they not needed to stop to watch the Aussie tail-enders in Hobart.

He hasn’t but one of our well loved members has been in the past, and told to never come back again. Which he did anyway lol.

I understand he was given a chance to speak at the hearing and explain his not vaccinated reasons/rationale but he refused. Surely didn't help his case

I think part of that is if he really does believe in his position, speaking to it on camera while being cross examined would be rather devastating from a sponsorship perspective.

Lacoste, Head, ASICS and others are spending 10s of millions on him and likely don’t want the controversy.

He’s also sponsored by Hublot. ::rimshot::

Which is probably why he was photographed in a Casio during detention.

He’s biggest issue was commenting that he knew he was Covid positive and he still went to a press release due to not wanting to let them down and didn’t wear a mask for photographs. ( Also not telling the people at the press release he was positive 🤦 )
This alone lead to his character of not doing the right thing when given a chance.

This wasn’t even argued by his lawyers but would have been the number one thing the judges would have made their decisions on.

Anti vaccine whatever will be the headlines but doing something stupid and thinking it wasn’t that bad that you know you shouldn’t have done…🤦

Those two corporate jets (the ? ones) left Melbourne within minutes of the Emirates flight.

Did he pull a Schapelle?

Maybe not, but just to add a bit of mystery 😉.

Fortunately we have the freedom to focus on the things that we want to. The outrage machine needs to be fed constantly, so for those inclined to focus on that, I'm sure the appropriate media source will be along shortly to feed the next thing to be outraged about to the masses. For me, I tend not to dwell too much on things I can't change, so I'll enjoy some tennis over the next couple of weeks.
