·This is such a lose/lose situation.
If he stays and plays, he will be vilified by the public, the press, and the politicians.
But for damn sure, I'm gonna watch. And I don't care about tennis. I'll watch for the circus(like slowing down past a car wreck).
The ratings will be HUGE.
If he goes, he's better off and may even appear a hero against what many outside Australia see as a severely, increasingly repressive govt.
But then he won't get the chance he deserves to make history.
So sad all around. Its bad enough the world can't figure out who's a boy and who's a girl in sports anymore.
