Yes definitly. Randall does make nice knifes. The quality is top. The only issue is the waiting list in order to get one of these beauties

Great Norwegian knives. I got an older version of the middle one. A 50 year old "Halling" that my grandfather gave me.

If you're looking for more traditional, non "tactical" type folding knives, try Case. Look specifically at their Heritage collection.

Well something like an Schrade Oldtimer will give you traditional looks with reasonable quality at a modest price



There are better knives but they come at a price, which is why I suggest one of these as a starter, if you find you're getting into it you can get something better later on.

Perfect will take a look at this and the buck, I have a laguiole knife I got on holiday and a swiss army one but have started to think about getting another

The Buck is a great option. If you want a smalller pocket knife I would also look at their 503 and 112 models. Similar style but small.

Is it suppose to look like this brand new?
Will it not affect the locking mechanism?
