Lovely watches. The Tissot Navigator Yachting is for me personally one of the most underrated watches.

I've got this one which my father was given when he was on the America's Cup Race committee.

Unlike perhaps some modern speedies (cough cough), the chrono function on this 1972 cal 1040 is completely aligned and runs perfectly

Nice watch ! I only have one pure timer, the rest are also wristwatches 😀.
This is quite substantial collection, well done Sir!

Lemania Regatta with a "Lobster" bracelet.

Aquastar Regatta with the Lemania 1345 as well!

Finally, this Heuer Skipper 15640 which I don't own anymore unfortunately.

Are they still working? 😲
I had them serviced, they are working perfectly and keeping good time.

Love yacht timers or anything with a slice of colour to it! They all remind me of a sunny day! 😁

A little 5 ball regatta history with Excelsior Park and Leonidas connections.

The first patent for a 5 ball watch timer was by Berna Watch Co in 1913, a stopwatch and chronograph manufacturer. Pocketwatch ofcourse .

Berna was later bought by the owners of Leonidas, who continued the brand until the 50`s when it merged with Heuer and that is how Heuer got involved.

Some cool racetimers as well

And some lovely, lovely, valjoux chronographs, like mine ;

Thanks !

This turner up today and I’m rather ecstatic! It came with its original Isofrane with Omega buckle, boxed with papers and service receipt. I’ve wanted one of these for years, so I’m rather happy it finally happened.

Here's an example that obviously spent too much time on deck - at least this has given it a quite unique tropical look 😉.

Kind regards,

And here's two more fellas, still vintage but from the more recent Quartz era.

Couldn't agree more.
