Hi guys! Just got my package and surprised the broken lug. Any direction for me to send it for welding? Anyone encountered the same issue before ? Thank you !

It would be helpful for you to tell us where you are. Looks to me that that strap is too big for the fixed lug. Please remove it carefully. This is very fixable.

A decent jeweler could repair it inexpensively, but just FYI, the dial appears to be repainted.

upon advise from fellow members, i contacted the Ebay seller and told him about the broken lugs when i received the watch and agrees for a return which i send back. Next i was notified that he filed a case with Ebay and next i know without him or Ebay notifying me that the case is closed, no reason given 🙁

Attached with the parcel was his shop contact with cell phone and Whatsapp, web site. i whatsapped him, no reply, called not answering.

Later on his reply came in on whatsapp, i spoke about his integrity. He saids i broke the lugs, then also replied through Ebay message that i should stop harassing him. Looking back the listing, his description didn't mentioned anything about the lug being soldered previously and only through closer look on the photos that i realized.

So i filed appeal on Ebay, then reached out to paypal..... no outcome as yet. Planning to file a police report.

what else more can i do?
