Not familiar with this brand, but the Space Stars look nice. Anyone know anything about them?

Very well respected Swiss brand in China and Asia in general that compares to Rolex, Omega and Longines where it has mainly been sold however due to the companies focus in those regions it has not had anywhere near as much brand name recognition in the west.
I first saw them for sale in China at top end watch shops alongside those other mentioned brands and was a little taken aback as like you, knew nothing about them.
Vintage Titoni is nice but they also still continue to innovate and flourish, here is a link to a previous post of mine re the brand. https://omegaforums.net/threads/brands-youve-never-heard-of.131297/#post-1781812

Are the movements in house, or just signed ETA?

Not to sure about really old vintage, Titoni mostly used ETA movements but have their own in house calibre T10 which they are using on recent watches.
Titoni is a rename of an older name, Titoni was used when they made the decision to focus on the Asian market.

The company was also known as Felca in some markets, so both Felca and Titoni Airmasters exist. Here's mine, which I love:

Something to consider, I've run in to a number of redials. For some reason I've seen a number of them from India and Pakistan. Do your due diligence, but they are very attractive if all correct.
