Any info on this Teddington star?

Hi everyone,

I found this Omega from 1939 in Portugal. It is originally gold plated and has been replated recently. Do you have any other info about this watch? And why the star isn't red like the others?

That has nothing to do with any special regulated movements aka Teddington observatory watches. That is a marketing gimmick by Omega for the Portuguese and South American market.
