Any idea of how old this watch could be?

It belonged to my father, he bought it used more than 30 years ago, the watch is broken, but surprisingly it still works, it has an engraving on one side that says 14kgoldfilled, it's a omega automatic

Since it needs servicing, you can get the serial number from the movement which can be looked up on a reference table to get a fairly accurate year of manufacture.

It is a nice piece and a keepsake of your father. I would have it serviced by a reputable watchmaker, and put it on a nice new strap. The flex bracelet that it currently has is not original and will damage the lugs. Welcome to the forum, btw. I hope you stick around. There is a lot to learn from the good people here.
