·Playing Mass Effect for the first time - games really annoy me, I like buying them but seem to hate actually playing them these days! I just like stacking them up when they're on sale for some reason.
However, Mass Effect, although very far from perfect (it's a bit too Babylon 5 for my tastes) is actually quite playable.
I'd recommend for those who like space RPGs with lots of FPS thrown in. Quite stupid stories though.. whatever!

·As expected, EA WRC has taken over my free time. It's even gotten me a little bit interested in the current WRC again (still don't really care for the Rally1 hybrid cars, but they are fun enough to watch)

I mostly like playing whatever one of my old high school buddies is playing so we have an excuse to get on Discord and chat. Lately we’ve been playing Helldivers. It’s a pretty fun game and my ancient PC can actually run it.

·Yes i too collect games and come back to them later. I have plenty I never played or played just a few times. I'm trying red dead 2 finally but then got distracted with GTA v. And now this new banishers game looks cool, though it does remind me I need to finish God of War lol

My mate has just started red dead 2. I found myself jealous of him starting out for the first time, wish I could go back in time!

·I used to be a gamer in the 1990-ties. Even my first job after graduation as MS in CS was in gaming (game design and programming) back in the 2000-ties. Then I stopped. Still, one of the most popular solo-projects I have is a little computer game I did by my own some 20 years ago, which has many millions of installs (can't even count them), but as it is an open source it don't generate any income of course 😀

·Built this today with help from my good friend. He also advised me on the components, it’s basically his build. He’s much more in tune with this stuff than me now a days and I really appreciate his help. The build had a couple of hiccups, as they will, but went very smooth overall. This started as a wishful graphics card upgrade and turned into a brand new build. Bought the graphics card for a steal and also found a good Mobo, CPU, RAM bundle.
Now I just need to start gaming a bit more. We’ve been playing some Helldivers recently and my old PC could just about handle it. This thing will run Helldivers 2 no problem so that is already downloaded. May go spread some democracy tonight in fact. Hit me up @acoggs on Steam if you play.
