I'm looking around for someone to do some repairs and restoration on a vintage piece and one name that has popped up is RGM Watches. I was wondering if anyone here has firsthand experience with them. I'd be very grateful for your candid thoughts, either here or by DM.

I have commissioned two watches from them. So I’m a happy customer. They are a joy to deal with and stand behind their work. They have an excellent watch repair /restoration business, which is their bread and butter. They are going to do a thorough job and are not cheap. Baseline is $600 to start (last time I discussed the service with them) and they are stickers for process so don’t plan on any discussion till they see the watch, but you get what you pay for. Were I not blessed with two watch makers within “going out for groceries” distance I’d be using them. Roland is a serious watchmaker and he runs a tight ship.

You would have to call them. They are authorized repair center for Sinn and a long list.
