Found this interesting piece on chrono24.
Seller indicates it is from ( approx ) 1974
I asked and he said the Dial is not a redial, it is original
Is that even possible?
Watch is located in Latvia, that would be a first for me

If it hasn't been redialed, it's certainly been relumed.

It looks like a re-dial and they painted over the lume dots as well.

The dial is ok regarding reluming its hard to say on this photo.

In my eyes...not the prettiest dial...but legit 😉 The logo looks different, but thats ok. The numbers look exactly the same...I also found other examples using this font.
