I recognize that constellation - it’s falsum stellas, in the Alpha quadrant. It has been on the Federation’s “no contact” list for quite some time.

My entire knowledge of the subject is due to Saul Goodman, so it isn't very extensive. 😁

Isn't this missing the "placement" phase of ML , this would constitute as the "layering" and then the subsequent "extraction" on the other end. Would one make many small cash deposits to several accounts and then use all of them to buy this sort of items?

Asking for a friend 🤔
