Another day, another 22279

So this one seems better than the last one I posted a couple of weeks ago but some obvious (though I think perhaps minor) problems exist with this too.

First the image (sorry, I've cropped it to remove reference to the seller's site in case I seriously pursue this...).

Only 2 pictures are available, nothing about movement, etc., or crown (which I assume, from what I can see, is unsigned as it should be for this era).

Front/Dial:

What's right:

1 - Dial seems original with coat tail 6/9 and - between Tri-Compax (did I get that right?)
2 - Not sure however about the red Telemetre scale on the outside rim of the dial....not seen that before on tihs model (but it might exist....).
3 - Red hand for date.
4 - Other subdials are/seem correct.
5 - Crown, pushers etc. seem fine.
6 - Assume it's a 481 movement (no way to tell without asking for case back pics.

What's not right:

1 - Hour/Minute hands are incorrect (should be lumed right?)
2 - Moon has no face (since this is dated to the 40's it should...)
3 - Telemetre marking is questionable?
4 - Price (nearly 10k USD....)

Yes, I assume you are referring to the font of the "Universal Geneve" that's obscured by the hour and minute hands. I will ask for better pics.

Other than the font of the text (as suggested above) and the questionable telemetre outer circumference of the dial, can you please specify what are the other give aways?
