Awesome! Will keep an eye out for the Roomba, that was highly recommended from a friend as well. Cheers.
My wife and I have had a Roomba for almost five years now. It goes everywhere in our single level apartment, including under the beds and even under our oven, and it does a great job. Always freaks me out a little how much stuff is in the collection bin after every run!

Is that a net over the grille and bumper? (Some sort of Aussie thing maybe? Never seen such a thing!)

Yep. Fibreglass insect screen (same as you use on your house windows) to stop bugs and stones wrecking the soft aluminium intercooler and radiator fins and tubes. Country driving in Summer around here is bug city.

When I get the tech sheet I'll remove the grille and put the screen behind it.

Hello all,

Over the last three years, I've been toting a guitar on my trips but I found that a full size guitar was quite cumbersome both to carry and to play in the restricted space of a truck cab.

There are some travel guitars out there but most had very short fingerboard scales. I wanted one with a full scale. Found this cool Hofner. Super compact, full scale and electric!

I also have a mini 10" Vox amp! Now I'll be able to keep my chops up to par!

I bought a copy of Dune today. Can't wait to start reading it.

Yup, I believe so. I bought the Penguin Galaxy edition, which is very beautiful to look at. A movie adaption is coming out soon too.

Simple pleasures. Since I can no longer afford much of what I really want on the watch front, I figure that a little bit of cool was in in order..
