Your watch has a genuine Omega movement and what looks to be a South American (probably from Argentina) made gold case.

It was very common for jewelers to import used Omegas from other countries and recase them in locally made gold cases to avoid high tariffs. That’s what I think you have here.

The watch looks very dirty and the crystal is in poor condition. This can be repaired, but because it is not a fully Swiss made watch, it has very little collector value other than the value of the gold case.
