An old discussion and a question

I presented my new old AT in a post yesterday. It is an AT 8500 Golf purchased in 2014. No Si14 on the pic card, nothing on the case back and nothing on the hang tag. After many failed atempts I managed to snap this picture. Should be seen as a confirmation of 8500b/Si14 right? Why nothing on the pictogram card?
