I have been following this guy trying to sell the same watch for months. On chronocentric, through private emails, and through multiple eBay auctions. In the end, I have proven he does not have this watch and if you bid you will NOT be getting the watch. Please be careful with this one..

Other than reporting the listing is there any way to warn the bidders?

I have no idea how to report items because every time I try nothing happens. Those of you that know how to get it shut down please do it or post the proper way to get someone at eBay to listen...

Look at his completed listings and sort them by price high to low. Seems to be selling a lot of the same stuff more than once.

The one listed by the OP ships from China. Peru has now outsourced its supply to China. I fear a flood of overpriced watches on the market. My Peruvian collection will be ruined

    Is this the same one?

I have bought a couple of citizen bullheads from TM watches and they were in worse shape than described.

I saw this same fellow and he has cancelled his auctions or they've gone "sold" several times it seems and then been relisted.

Interesting that the images they choose to use are of a watch with so many issues. I'm trying to decide if I think they just don't know the difference, or if they're deliberately posting a bad example with the hope that the buyer will see the price and condition and decide that it's legitimate.

I think your latter is probably most accurate. Probably some fella like me dreaming of a straight lug and thinking to myself "I can't afford a $10k one but for $3.5k I'm at least in the game and maybe I'll hunt down some parts"

Only to be left empty handed :(

Hate this FKRS. I almost fell in a scam recently but in that case I was the seller. My first time selling on eBay and almost lost my watch. I´m an avid ebayer and buy a lot of stuff there and sometimes it´s annoying when sellers are very "careful" with their sales, but now I´ve been on their side I totally understand.

Can you elaborate please? On ebay, the seller pays via PayPal, so you see that he's paid, before you ship the item. How would a scammer target a seller - unless his attempt is to ask for an item to be shipped in advance, or pay by check?

Thanks for all who are contributing to this thread to prevent fraud!

Is this lawsuit financed by a Nigerian Prince? If so how much does he want? My PayPal is ready to forward the funds so I can get my cut.
