My main interest is vintage omegas, but recently been intrigued by alarm watches. I dont know much about them yet, but just bought a vulcain cricket which looks in good original condition. Even has original strap. Dont know the movement (my watch guy is still on lockdown) and the instructions are in french! (anyone know whete I can get them in english?).

Really helpful, thank you!
I worked out most even with my bad french, but wasnt sure about disabling the alarm as it seemed odd to have a freewheeling crown, partially out.
