    Picked up today

Owned from new and worn everyday

Dial had some sort of stain on it so decided to have a bash at cleaning it.

It was either a new dial or it cleaned off

    Came out not too bad

Has been serviced recently as its had some water ingress around the HE crown looks like it was left unscrewed which explains the dial

Were there signs of water damage? The hands look like they have rust.

Perhaps the water damage adds a "war story" to the watch? Besides, it is a lovely watch. The water damage might hurt resale value, but if you don't ever sell the watch, what does it matter?

my first thought seeing the dial stain was residual salt from seawater.
