Advice sought on potential first purchase

Hi

I am very much a novice in the watch world. I'm looking to make my first purchase and this 2937 has caught my eye. I would very much appreciate your advice as to whether this is a refurbished dial and whether the movement looks correct and in good condition. Finally, what do you think is reasonable price range?

greetings! for me the dial appears original and nice even patina and the movement looks in good shape but of course should have a service if it's overdue or you don't know the history. I would put the value at $400 to $600 if that helps but everyone would have different opinions on what they would pay for it. good luck 😀
