I have the opportunity to purchase this watch. So was looking for some advice regarding the dial and just general opinions on it.

It's not just the dial that's horrible, the case has been polished to death.

PASS at any price.

Does the re dial likely mean the movement isn’t as per this watch type I.e the dial notes it as a better watch/movement than it actual is

It's just a dog of a watch. Whether the movement correlates with the case I can't say as I don't see any pictures. But either way this one's not worth any more analysis....just move on to the next...and learn to recognise what an original dial looks like.

If you want information about the movement, you'll need to show photos of the movement.

This watch hammered earlier today at auction for £720.
it does say they can’t guarantee that the dial is original. 😒
Someone certainly paid a hefty newb tax.
