Hi guys I recently took my Rolex 16014 and my as of now late 2531.80 into Ben bridge for a cleaning. A cleaning in there case is removal of caseback movement I’m assuming bezel and crystal and put the pieces into an ultrasonic cleaner and then put it back together. I noticed there is some damage and debris under the dial now and on the case itself and the watch is running around -30 now. I found out this particular location is not an RSC but Ben bridge is. I contacted corporate and they want me to take it back in so it can be shipped to the RSC in Seattle. My issue is I have a newer style super jubilee on the 85’ 16014. Do I just send the head in or the send it in as is. Rolex can not force me to purchase a correct bracelet right?

So what is the difference between RSC and an authorized Rolex service center.

From what I have read (on Omega, not rolex, forums), I concluded it's better to only send what you want them to work on. Assuming you can remove the band without scratching the watch or the band.

Shouldn't this be in the rolex forum?

Well there was an omega involved and this is my normal forum. Thank you for the response. I was told that may be the case to just bring the head to send to service.
