Advice On Universal Geneve

Found this listing on line for a Universal Geneve and would like some opinions form people with more knowledge than myself. Biggest question I have is the dial....has it been redone. Any other observations would be helpful also.

That dial has certainly been redone. Note the lack of crispness - this is known as "over-inking" and is one of the hallmarks not only of a redial, but of a bad redial. The rest of the watch looks authentic. Avoid.
