Advice on UG 12550 - redial or not?

I'm hoping somebody will be able to point out any potential inaccuracies on this supposed original dial.

Forgot the second pic :/
I'm feeling redial, but the spacing of the hour markers from the outer rim of the dial differs from the 12550 Sala has in his book.

Curious now as to what this could have been in an earlier life?

yes it's a redial, no point listing specifics, literally everything is wrong

In terms of what it was originally, obviously it has applied numeral and hour markers but would help to know the case reference and serial
