Advice on this Illinois Pocket watch?

The serial number list in Meggers and Ehrhardt 's blue book identifies S# 3803647 as a 16-size, pendant set, open-face, 17-jewel, model 7, grade 305. The grade was fitted with double-sunk, vitreous enamel dials, so the dial appears to be original. Made circa 1920.
