I didn鈥檛 like the silver one until I saw them all in person, then I fell in love with it. It plays with the light in a much more interesting way IMO.

I couldn't be happier with the gray dial and the way light plays off it. The blue lettering on the dial also creates an interesting effect in the light.

But my favorite thing is the blue hands. They catch the light and appear to be almost like little neon lights. It's a really cool effect.

And I'm still not sure whether it's considered a grey or silver dial .

Can't go wrong with either black or blue. The new white dial is a bit of a dark horse. Would be good to see photos of it before passing judgement.

The silver dial with blued hands is a lot like the old Omega's from the 40's. It warrants itself to a strap to keep from looking washed out, and the date can look washed out in the right (wrong?) lighting.

I was ready to say "Blue" when I open this thread - but after I saw the images it was clearly "Black". 馃榾

...and saw them live and chose blue after all. 馃槜

The SMP 300 is blue, others colors are just that.

I bought this two days ago and I was unsure of the colour till I compared the silver and blue together.

I have been looking closely on a blue and grey dial closely and did a physical comparison in an AD.

My observation:

Thee grey dial is definitely an exciting option, looks very fresh, clean and striking. Looks great on a strap and tend to agree can look wash out on bracelet. I can see the blue wording and logo can be "invisible" under certain lightning which can be seems a sterile dial from a distance.

The blue dial looks great, a good balance in terms of reading legibility among the 3 dials variation. Looks great on bracelet but can be too much of the blue with a blue rubber strap. Also find the blue quite similar to the Rolex Smurf color in the correct lighting.

Lastly, I find the black or the blue dial can look busy if the skeleton hands when aligned at 12.00 or 6.30 (maybe not too much on the grey dial, owners can comment maybe?)

Incredible pic! Blue hands on silver dial pop! Also very unique compared to the ocean of divers out there

I'd pick the one that works with what and when I want to wear the most. Right now for me that'd be black for work and blue for casual.
