I find the grey to be a bit insipid, the black to be a bit hard to read, the blue to be just the right balance of contrast. So..........BLU!
I think black is versatile, generally, but waves and blue seem to go together. So I like the blue in this case.
Blue is classic for this model, but I am really digging the silver dial with blue hands. I also like this color combo on the Aqua Terra. And is it me, or the photos, does the lume look slightly creamy/ivory?
From the pictures alone: Black>Blue>Silver , however the order may change once they are seen in real life.
I haven’t seen them in person yet, but I can’t seem to get on with the grey dial. For me it’s either blue or black. I’d probably be boring and go black with bracelet.
As my only-watch, I went with black. Looks better on the rubber strap that I'll get one day. It's more versatile through different seasons/ situations/ on different strap options. And the red pops on the black dial. But if I had the money for this to be my "Summer Only" watch, I'd go blue instead.
I'm looking for a deal on the black dial, black bezel on SS bracelet. Please contact me if you're a dealer here on the site and have access to one. I'm located in California. Thanks OF....
I have been looking for the new Seamaster 300 as well. Based on the pictures, I think I like black the best, but I will make sure to see both black and blue before deciding to buy one.
To honest , in real life they are all so different from press pictures. IMHO the black dial tends to make the watch feel small, almost 36.25mm midsize small. The blue seemed rather flat to me, BUT the silver takes on a real 3 dimensional vision. I pulled the trigger on Silver Dial on steel and (added the blue rubber/buckle for $270).
