It's definitely not a 166.022, looks more like a 166.001. To me, it looks good otherwise.

166.022 is a Cosmic reference. Best to ask the seller to confirm if this is correct.

Asked about movement but he said he doesn’t trust himself to open it. He’s got great feedback on reddit, though.

If you pull the trigger, factor in another $200-300 for service. And ask your watchmaker to send you some nice photos of the inside when done so you get the movement serial number (which will help give a rough production date). The model reference will be on the inside caseback, too.
