Advice on Omega jumbo pontífice hands

hello my OF friends 😀
I am looking at this vintage 37/38mm SS case with pontífice hands, the dial looks to clean for its age? What are your thoughts?
Case number not matching with serial number is that ok?

Poor redial.

Case serial number and movement serial number are not supposed to match.
