Advice on broken ratchet wheel tooth

I'm looking to purchase a vintage Certina but noticed that a tooth on the ratchet wheel is broken. I intend to get the movement serviced but wanted to check how necessary it would be to replace the ratchet wheel.

Am I likely to have a problem winding the movement (or anything else) if the existing ratchet wheel is re-used? I also noticed that one of the case clamps is loose.

Thanks in advance for any advice from those with watchmaking experience.

The ratchet wheel screw is a pee poor replacement. A broken tooth in the ratchet wheel could well result in other broken winding wheel teeth as well. Loose case clamp screw May be a simple cure, or a symptom of yet another problem. Beneath the rim of the ratchet wheel you can evidence that the ratchet wheel has been rubbing on the barrel bridge to the point that the nickel plating has worn through to the brass. Worn out mainspring arbor bearings, and possible a loose, floppy mainspring barrel. And it would appear that the case back may have been rubbing on the bridge over the train wheels. You don’t want this lemon!

Thank you @Canuck for your assessment. Given what you have said I think I'll try and find one that's in better shape

I also always wonder where the broken bit of tooth ended up and what damage it is doing in places you can't see so easily. Is it just me or is the HS bunched up as well?
