Don't touch the dial.
Don't retouch the calendar window line
Lume falling off is normal for these,
like other Speedmaster's.
If you can get the exact right crown(count teeth and
match omega symbol,etc. then ok but keep original)

Lume is the wrong length on those, no good

Correct -- those are either service hands at best or fakes at worst.

OP - change the crown if it bugs you, keep the original; either way I can't see much difference in price/value subsequently.
For the dial lume, it would have to be very well matched and even then you may see a brighter spot at 3 o'clock in the dark due to the newer lume, so it may look unbalanced. I don't think it would warrant the change unless the aesthetic bothered you a lot. It wouldn't seriously affect value as these are fairly rare, but tend towards originality if in doubt...
